KAITLYN CARSON  (GEORGIA)

America United Miss Teen 2021

Platform:  Addressing the needs of seniors with physical disabilities.   “One of my true passions in life is the humanitarian work that I provide in my community. My spirit of volunteerism expands throughout all areas of poverty and challenges that people face.”

About Kaitlyn: Kaitlyn Carson “17 resides in Atlanta, Georgia and is a senior at North Cobb Highschool. She is also a student at Morehouse’s School of Medicine Community Health Care Training Program. . Kaitlyn is the Founder and CEO of the Catherine D. Smith Wheels of Love Foundation. She is an awardee of the 2021 Georgia Youth Leadership Award. She is also a three- time recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award. In 2020, Kaitlyn received Lion’s Heart Teen Volunteers and Leaders T.O.B.Y AwardThrough Global Leadership Adventures, Kaitlyn spent the summer of 2018 volunteering internationally in the rural areas of Lima, Peru.  Kaitlyn plans to attend Agnes Scott College, a private liberal arts school and pursue a B.S. in Public Health. Her goal is to obtain an PhD in the field of Epidemiology.

 SHELBY BELLAH     (KENTUCKY)

 

America United Miss 2021

Platform: Food Insecurity - 1 in 5 children in the US are food insecure & don’t know where their next meal is coming from. Shelby wants to encourage others to learn about how agricultural innovations are helping to eliminate hunger for those least capable of helping themselves.

 

About Shelby: Shelby has a B.S in Agribusiness Economics from Murray State University and currently works as an credit analyst in Denver. Her interests include traveling, reading, & any activities that include her two dogs.

Shelby loves volunteering in her community. She has worked with a variety of organizations, some of which include Special Olympics, Hunger Initiative Meal packaging Effort, and as a panelist for speech dysfluency graduate students. Shelby has also served as a student athlete tutor and State Officer Prep Course Chair

About Jayme: Jayme has a B.S. in Sociology from South Dakota State and a M.S. in College Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. She currently works as an  Educator at DigiPen Institute of Technology,  Her interests include Traveling, Cooking, and Fishing with her Husband Aaron.

 

Jayme is involved in a multitude of good causes, one of which is  a popular podcast., "Relationship with Reyes" where the discussion is all types of relationships, with guests speaking about real life issues and how they overcame them.

 DEANA CANNON     (TEXAS)

America United MS Classic 2021

Platform: Community Support - Encouraging people to connect with their local community and offering support.

 

About Deana: Deana served in the Air Force, both in Active duty (1988 – 1992) & activated Reserve roles (1992 – 1998) as a Supply Technician NCO, where she was able to support multiple operations. In 1998, Deana joined the Army and served as a Combat Medic. When she was stationed in Germany, she was attached to an all–male field artillery unit and she deployed to Kosovo twice. While at Fort Hood, she supported Iraq operations, until she got out of the Military in 2004. Deana uses a variety of platforms such as America United Classic Ms, Girls Who Hike Texas, & Grace After Fire to be able to address the issues that surround Women Veterans and the invisible wounds/disabilities

 DIANE WEBB     (UTAH)

America United MS Plus  2021

Platform: Autism Speaks

About Diane: Diane Webb is a loving mother and wife. She has 3 beautiful children. A son who is 19, another son who is 18, and a daughter who is 15. She has been married to her husband, Samuel for 21 years in August.
Diane was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She is the oldest of 3 kids. She grew up as a military dependent. Both her parents served in the Unted States Air Force. Her husband served 6 years in the US Reserves. She has been a huge supporter of the military for as long as she can remember.

 

She is hoping for her reign to be able to bring more awareness to Autism. Autism is close her heart since her only daughter has it and a son has autism. To Diane, it’s about getting the word out that autism isn’t a visible
disability but an invisible one and everyone should be treated the same way.

 LINDA FERES     (ALABAMA)

America United MS Senior  2021

Platform: Supporting our nation's future military leaders, the building project for the Veteran’s Memorial Gardens, at Veteran’s Park in Coldwater, Tennessee.

 

About Linda: Linda has two son’s, both military veterans, a grandson who is currently an active duty Marine, and three granddaughters. Linda’s father, a retired Army LtCol, and her step mother both live near by her in Alabama as well as her Dog and fiancé, Joe the Tennessee Valley Bagpiper.
 

She is the president of her own company, which provides clients with ISO and Aerospace regulatory training, business development, auditing and certification support. Linda maintains a busy travel schedule with business clients in the United State, Canada, the United Kingdom, and several countries in the European Union.

Elite Queen 2021

I am 46. Mother of 3 daughters and 1 grand daughter. I have 2 jobs. Full time in social services at Avantara, a nursing home. Part time as a direct support professional at a group home for the developmentally disabled. I spend what little free time I have with my daughters, watching my youngest barrell race with her horse and spoiling my grand daughter every chance I get!
